Will There Be a Mileage Limit on My Ford Lease Vehicles?

Yes, as part of the application process you will agree to a number of conditions, one of which is an annual mileage allowance on the vehicle. Depending on your company policy this may be automatically set at a specific mileage for all drivers or you may need to negotiate with your drivers on what their mileage allowance will be.

When deciding on an appropriate mileage for drivers, you’ll want to consider their current mileage use, whether there are any expected changes such as a new project that requires more travel for meetings, and if they can reduce mileage in any way. Can I Lease My Fleet Vehicles?

Yes, at Wessex Fleet, we understand that every business is unique and may have specific requirements. We offer flexibility in lease terms to accommodate your company’s needs. Whether you require a shorter or longer lease duration, adjustments in mileage limits, or specific services tailored to your fleet, our team is here to work with you and customise your lease terms to ensure they align perfectly with your business requirements.

What Happens at the End of a Ford Lease?

At the end of the agreement, there are four main options you’ll have:

Extending your current agreement
Purchasing the vehicle(s)
Taking out a new lease or getting a replacement vehicle via other funding methods
Returning the vehicle without taking a replacement lease

We will usually get in touch with your fleet manager when a vehicle reaches the last six months of its lease to discuss what you want to do with the vehicle and arrange a replacement lease if needed.
