Wessex Fleet Updates
This week is not only Road Safety Week but also the last week of Children in Need before the televised spectacular on Friday and Saturday night.
Children in need is a charity that is dedicated to helping children and young people in the UK, providing additional support to hundreds of thousands of children across the country through grants to grassroots organisations and figures.
The Charity operates throughout the year, but its main fundraising is done in November leading up to a televised show over the middle weekend in November.
We had a visit from our friends at our rental supply partner Enterprise along with Pudsey himself to our new Salisbury city centre offices.
The team took part in a raffle and a bake sale with other companies in the business to contribute to fundraising as well as directly donating to the charity.
Pudsey took part in some team meetings and we managed to get some photos of these as you can see above.
Enterprise also treated Pudsey and our team to a pizza party before he went off on his next fundraising adventure.
Here at Wessex Fleet we are committed to being involved with the wider community and want to help support charities like Children in Need which are dedicated to helping some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
